In a challenging market post Covid; focus was on increasing online & offline promotional activity to propel sales growth. 

This was achieved through marketing, PR, social media (including lives), email campaigns & photo shoots. And the development of the Shopify ecommerce platform liaising with external web & SEO development team. Identified areas where customer journey failed, therefore enhance customer experience and integrating external application Gorgias to improve customer service and CRM. 
Abandoned baskets fell by 35%; AOV increased by 28% and customer services levels increased by 60%. Wrote all copy for in-house magazine and interviewed Clemens
